酱料 Paste

这个酱料做好后非常好用,可以配饭,可以配面,也可以拌豆腐。做好后,放进冰箱,慢曼的享用。有时临时没有菜肴,用这酱料再加一粒煎蛋,可以又是一餐。菜脯,腊肠,红小葱,虾米,蒜头,辣椒,
焙根,干贝(随意)
salted raddish, chinese sausage, small onion,
dried prawns, garlic, chilli, bacon, dried scallop
(optional)
将全部的材料剁碎。干贝泡水浸软,蒸20分钟,撕碎
chopped all the ingredients.dried scallop soak
into water till soft,steam 20 minutes.

热油,爆香红葱
heat oil,fragrant chopped onion.
加入蒜头,爆香
then add in garlic,fragrant.

加入焙根 ,爆香。
add in bacon, fragrant it.

加入腊肠,爆香。
add in chinese sausage,



最后加入虾米和辣椒,菜脯,干贝,爆香全部的材料
then add in dried prawns and chilli, salted raddish,
dried scallop, fragrant all the ingredients.

我没有放很多的油,如果你的健康许可, 你
可以加多一点的油。
I didn't put a lot of oil. if your health allow,
you can put more oil.

  2. Hi Tattz,
    yes,u r right.This paste is really good to serve along with rice. Especially the nasi lemak(I hope u know what it is).
    This paste can last for 3 months in the freezer,
    and more than a month in the fridge. But it usually would get the chance to last for so long in my family.
